Over the course of a decade, I directed, edited and composed music for more than twenty short documentary films exploring the lives of people facing serious medical conditions. Built around intimate first-person storytelling, the films focus not simply on diagnosis, but on the people, families and everyday lives behind the conditions.

Interviews were filmed using an Interrotron, allowing subjects to speak directly to the viewer while maintaining an intimate conversation with the interviewer.
